Measure the position you want
Use a necklace you already wear as a practical reference. Record chain length and any extender separately, then compare the pendant’s height and width. A model photograph cannot establish where the pendant will sit on another person or with another neckline.
Check the assembly
- Chain, pendant and clasp materials listed separately.
- Chain length and usable adjustment range.
- Pendant dimensions and declared weight.
- Clasp type and access.
- Care guidance for coatings, stones and darkened details.
Avoid material assumptions
A silver-colored chain may have a different composition from its pendant. A familiar stamp is not independent verification of the whole necklace. Our jewelry-care and materials guides explain which questions to ask without assigning allergy suitability or wear resistance from appearance.
